I am dissappointed with vpost singapore, not becouse they cannot send me the item from usa to singapore, is becouse their handle of invoice. I buy my item on 29 december 2009 and i straight away send them the detailed but no reply by them, after a few time of sending to them still no reply? My item finally reach usa vpost and with no detailed on their side but singapore side still didn't give me an answer so i decided to call singapore vpost to ask what had happened? They actually told me my item is consider prohibited item to vpost? I tell them when i brought the item and ask to send to vpost usa to delivery to me and i straight away give singapore vpost the item detailed but why nobody call or email me to said it is a prohibited item? If i know it is a prohibited item by vpost then i will ask my seller not to send to vpost? They tell me all kind of excuse and in the end had to spent more just to do delivery here and there. The worst is they actually give me alot of wrong info that might made me lost more money to do delivery but lucky my sister jolene called to singapore vpost to ask second opinion and also called to custom related department to made enquiry on my item. I hate the way they handle thing.......After 4 month i finally manage to arrange for my item to send to me from my seller and it will reach me in 2 - 3 week time so hopefully i can get my item and i now cross my finger and toe for my item to reach.
